Privacy Policy

Daily Mini Challenges is an offline-first mobile application. We respect your privacy and have designed the app to function without requiring your personal data.

Effective date: 2026-06-28 Contact: deepnodestudios@gmail.com Publisher: Deepnode Studios

1. Scope and Current Release

Daily Mini Challenges is an offline-first application. The current release does not require an account and does not include an active advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud-sync, or real-payment SDK. The publisher does not receive your task progress or settings.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Task history, XP, levels, coins, streaks, streak protection rights, badges, unlocked rewards, daily task state, theme, sound, vibration, notification, advertising preference, and onboarding settings are stored locally in the app-specific storage area on your device.

3. Notifications and Device Features

Daily reminders are scheduled only when you enable notifications. Android may request notification permission. The selected reminder time and device time-zone information are used locally for scheduling. Restart-related system events may be used to restore reminders after a reboot; this information is not sent to the publisher.

4. Accounts, Servers, and Cloud Sync

The current release has no user account, login, private backend, social feature, or cloud synchronization. Your app progress is not uploaded to a Deepnode Studios server.

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

The current release does not activate a real advertising SDK. A future version may use Google AdMob. When enabled, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address, product interactions, diagnostic information, advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Data sent by the SDK is encrypted in transit. Appropriate consent and advertising controls will be implemented where required. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases and Premium Features

The current release does not activate real-money purchases or a Play Billing integration. If purchases are enabled later, payment and transaction data will be processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Deepnode Studios will not receive your full payment-card details.

7. Data Sharing and International Processing

Deepnode Studios does not currently receive or sell your locally stored progress. If AdMob or Play Billing is enabled, the relevant service provider may process the data described above on infrastructure located in different countries under its own privacy terms.

8. Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you reset it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. “Reset progress” removes task history and gamification progress but may preserve theme and other app settings. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app data according to Android's behavior. No account-deletion request is required because the app does not create an account.

9. Security

Local data is kept in Android's app-specific storage. We minimize data collection and do not operate a server for app progress. If third-party services are enabled, their network transmissions are expected to use industry-standard encrypted connections. No technical measure can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Daily Mini Challenges is not designed or directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If advertising is enabled, age-related declarations and consent requirements will be configured in accordance with applicable law and Google Play policies.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can disable notifications in the app or Android settings, change available advertising preferences, reset progress, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to the contact address above. Because progress is not stored on our servers, we cannot retrieve or remotely delete data that exists only on your device.

12. Policy Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated when app features, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date will be revised and the current version will be published on this page. Publisher: Deepnode Studios. Privacy contact: deepnodestudios@gmail.com.
