This privacy policy applies to the AI SRT Sub Translator & Editor app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile and desktop devices created by Deepnode Studios (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Google Drive Data Access (Limited Use Disclosure)

The Application utilizes the drive.readonly restricted scope to provide its core subtitle management features:

File Browsing: The Application accesses your Google Drive to browse and list your subtitle files (.srt) directly within our interface.
File Opening: We read the content of selected subtitle files to enable translation and editing functionalities[cite: 1].
Data Privacy: The Application does not modify, delete, or share your Google Drive files with any third parties[cite: 1]. All data is processed for the sole purpose of the user's editing session[cite: 1].

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to deliver automated subtitle translation and editing features[cite: 1]. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable data protection laws[cite: 1].

Account & Authentication

We utilize Google Sign-in via Firebase Authentication to create and manage user accounts seamlessly[cite: 1]. When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, basic profile information (such as your name), and an authentication token[cite: 1]. This data is strictly used for account management, syncing your credits across devices, and maintaining your translation history[cite: 1].

Payments and Billing

We use LemonSqueezy as our Merchant of Record (MoR) and third-party payment processor[cite: 1]. When you make a purchase to add credits, LemonSqueezy securely handles the transaction[cite: 1]. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card information or sensitive financial details[cite: 1].
