AI Altyazı Çeviri & Editör is a tool designed for editing and translating subtitle (.srt) files using artificial intelligence technologies. The service is provided as a Freemium model and is intended for personal and professional use.

2. Google Drive Integration

The Application offers integration with Google Drive to facilitate the browsing and editing of subtitle files.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
• The Application uses the drive.readonly scope to list and read your subtitle files.
• By using this feature, you authorize the Application to access your selected Google Drive content for editing purposes.

3. Use of AI Features

Our application utilizes AI to assist in subtitle translation and editing. While we strive for high accuracy, the Service Provider does not guarantee the perfection of AI-generated translations and is not liable for errors in the processed content.

4. User Responsibilities

• You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for the content of the subtitle files you process through the Application.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security features of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original content, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Deepnode Studios. User-generated content (your subtitles) remains your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Deepnode Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application or the loss of data stored on third-party services like Google Drive.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
